Our founder was born into a family where baking was not just a business, but a way of life. Her mother owned a beloved bakery known for its exceptional bread and the warmth it brought to the community. Growing up in that environment, she witnessed firsthand, how food could do more than nourish. It could comfort. It could connect. It could create memories that lasted a lifetime.

Years later, after moving to Canada, she carried that legacy with her. in a new country far away from home, the kitchen once again became a place of creation, reflection and possibility.

What began as simple experimentation soon became something more. Inspired by her bakery roots and her passion for bold, unforgettable flavours, she began transforming popcorn into something entirely different...no longer just a snack but a canvas for creativity.
